Trump says US needs Greenland for security, taps envoy to ‘lead the charge’
Trump has advocated for Greenland, a self-governing Danish territory, to become part of the United States, citing its strategic importance and mineral resources.
"You cannot annex another country. Not even with an argument about international security," said Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen. "Greenland belongs to the Greenlanders and the U.S. shall not take over Greenland."
What do you mean? What security? He boots about how great US military is. Greenland has mineral resources, just say you wanna ruin another country.
